I’m Lana Kunstek, a body-oriented psychotherapist with over a decade of experience helping people feel more grounded, present, and at peace with themselves.
I offer individual therapy sessions to support you wherever you are on your journey.

How sessions work

We start noticing what is actually happening in your body in real time.

The places where you unconsciously tighten, the moments you go distant. The way anxiety, shutdown, or overwhelm moves through you. As lived experience.

In body psychotherapy, the body is used as the map of our psyche.

From there, we work with what is present. We never force anything, we let your system finally process what it hasn’t been able to process alone.

We always move at your pace.
