Inner wilderness simply means to allow the flow of energy that is raw, untamed, and honest. It means that we don’t need to control what is happening inside of us. That can be scary at times. Especially in times of fear, crisis, or depression. Because we can feel overwhelmed and scared of what is inside of us. We can even be afraid of ourselves.
In this embodiment class, we will allow the honesty of our body to show us what is real inside of us. We will move with emotions, memories, and projections without trying to control them to the very core of our being. To the place where all things end and begin at the same time.
