There comes a moment when we open our eyes, stand up and say enough. Enough can come in many forms and shapes. It can come as a clarity, it can come as a boundary, or as an outburst of anger. We feel what we no longer choose, what drags us down, or what hurts us.
When we are blessed with the clarity of no, we open the door to freedom. A clear boundary comes from inner strength and assertiveness. The inability to say no can lead to aggression or even hate.
In this workshop, we will allow the anger and sadness of all the yeses that should be a no. We will feel where is our boundary and how to preserve it in moments of fear.
